I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) who has been in private practice since 2013. Prior to this I have worked in multiple settings including: outpatient mental health clinics, outpatient school-based counseling and an acute residential treatment facility. I spent the majority of my time at a specialized outpatient trauma clinic. At the Smith College School for Social Work, I received psychodynamic training and graduated with a master's in Clinical Social Work in 2009. In 2012 I studied at Mama Nirvana's New Yoga 200 hour teacher training and became a yoga instructor. 

Currently, my practice includes individual psychotherapy for women and children. I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts. I specialize in Trauma and Anxiety. My practice is telehealth only.
